Student Technology Support
Purpose
This policy defines the responsibilities of Campus Technology (“CT”) regarding student-owned computers, software, and other technology.
Definition
“Student-owned computers, software, and other technology” refers to any device or software owned or licensed by a current KCAI student.
Scope
This policy covers all student-owned computers, software, and other technology.
Policy
CT will assist students with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of the following KCAI-related resources on student-owned hardware:
CT will offer consultation services to students with hardware-related issues on student-owned computers, software, or other technology and refer them to a reliable external vendor as appropriate. CT will not provide direct technical support for student-owned computers, software, or other technology.
