Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to define the period that Campus Technology (“CT”) will keep active KCAI accounts for adjunct faculty.
Definition
An “adjunct account” refers to the account with which an adjunct lecturer accesses the digital resources available to them through their employment at KCAI. The access includes Google Workspace, Google Classroom, and wireless.
Scope
This policy applies to all adjunct faculty teaching at KCAI.
Policy
CT will retain adjunct faculty accounts as long as the adjunct continues to teach at KCAI; if they teach every other semester, the account will remain active to facilitate communication and planning. If the adjunct does not return after two consecutive semesters, CT reserves the right to disable or delete the account.
