Product Design HP Printers for Mac
1) If you have macOS 10.9 or later then click on the link below to download the latest HP driver software.

If you have macOS 10.8 or earlier please use the following link

2) Download and install the printer configuration you need from the list below
PD-HP-700-1 (room 118)
PD-HP-700-2 (room 117)
PD-HP-700-3
3) The file will download as a .zip file into your downloads folder - you will need to double click the file to unzip it. Locate the .pkg file, and double click to run.
Note: Some of you may get an error that looks like the following window. Click Ok.
4) From there go to System Preferences> Security & Privacy, and you should see the following. Click Open Anyway.
5) Then Complete the installation as normal.
6) Be sure the printer is in System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
